Mission of the Month

Whether around the corner, or around the world, Armstrong is committed to engaging in life-changing missions. Each month, we support various mission organizations with our money, our materials, or our time. Below are just a few of the mission organizations we partner with:

Marshall food and clothing bank

Located at 810 N 2nd Street in Marshall, the Marshall Food and Clothing Bank provides emergency food assistance to around 200 families per month on average. They also offer gently-used clothing (and other household goods) at 25 cents per article. In addition to supporting this mission financially, Armstrong volunteers at the clothing bank on the 3rd Monday of each month, and at the main food distribution on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Marshall Area Youth Network

The Marshall Area Youth Network is a community collaboration where educators and other community youth organizations can talk about issues concerning youth and famililes, implement programs to address the needs, and share resources. In addition to offering youth mentoring programs, MAYN also offers substance/violence prevention education. Armstrong encourages its members to become mentors, and supports this local organization financially.
